How to build Haven/Sanctuary/Necro?

Hi guys,

I would like to know what is in your opinion the best way to build Haven/Sanctuary/Necropolis. It goes something like this: which hero (might or magic), reputation path (blood or tears), necessary talents, dynasty weapon, specialization and necessary feats.

Hi Fizola and welcome to the round table. The arache is a very popular dynasty weapon because of it's life draining effect. Don't use it vs necropolis though.

As for blood/tear these are my findings:
