transferring save games

transferring save games

I installed H6 on my new laptop. For whatever reason, Irina is at level 1 instead of level 26+ (4th Sanctuary campaign). No idea why she wasn't saved int he Conflux. I copied the .sav files and the dynasty file but Irina is still level 1. It took me a very long time to get to the 4th campign and I do not want to start over. What files do I need to transfer?

My video card died so I cannot load any games including the ancient Shadow Magic game.
Dell XPS 400, 2 Gb RAM
-Win 7
-all King's Bounty games; M&M 1-9, HOMM 1-6

No one knows how to transfer save games to another computer?
