Here's the recipe: you make a really thin dough, and then put on the tomato sauce I made eariler. Add some pesto, pineapple, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano on top, chuck it in the oven and 15 minutes later, it looks like this:

The annual shellfish party with my family ... lobster, crab, shrimp, blue mussels, crayfish ... *urp* and of course lots of bread, lettuce, mayo ... and then there's wine, of course. Lots of wine. And beer.

A good thing about making waaaay too much lasagna is that you can easily heat it up for repeated good meals. Add to that some fresh lettuce and bread with spiced butter and we have ourselves something really yummy.
