Ingame Skillwheel and other useful and forgotten mods

So I've had the ingame skillwheel on my old computer and then when I got my new and installed HOMM V after years, I miss that and many other mods...
So I've tried to look for them and found many but...the ingame skillwheel can't be downloaded, because all uploads of it were on certain Russian site and it gives back 404.
(just in case someone links here : Yes, I checked)

So I am asking anyone here to upload the ingame skillwheel mod if they got it and give links to any other useful FUNCTIONAL mods

It's at http://h5mods.nm.ru/3.0/ (i.e. just drop the /eng from the end of the URL you find the other mods at).
