I'm loving it. I had a few difficulties in the first episode, trying to figure out who's who, and I will occasionally get lost when they mention names unfamiliar to me. I'm now looking forward to reading the books.Angelspit wrote:Anyone saw the premiere of Game of Thrones on HBO?
A faithful adaptation so far, they did a good job introducing the locations and countless characters, my girlfriend had no problem keeping up (she didn't read the books... yet). I will need some time to get used to some of the actors, but that always happens when I watch a TV adaptation. Sean Bean plays Ned Stark perfectly. The HD picture was simply beautiful.
Can't wait for next week.

It's totally fresh because one panel if from this year... like, totally.Ethric wrote:2001 called, it wants it's LotR-jokes back
It's about what would happen if the Yorks and Lancasters had magic and dire wolves... and had Borgia's as family members.Kalah wrote: Watching the first ep now. Not really sure what it's all about ...
You guys are sure behind on good TV...Ethric wrote:Watched The Walking Dead season 1 this weekend. Not bad, not bad at all. Hope they keep later seasons short too (1 was 6 episodes), as I have a very short attention span.
