Help on M&M IX

So i got another more capable box now with win 7 x64.
Installed the game, played the first island, in the end of the island I open the door, read the book, watch scene. The loadscreen comes up but boat will not go away. I can hear my chars swing weapon. just like im the the game as normal just that the loadscreen is there in the way.

Plz dont tell me to run it on my old box because the reason i did´nt run it on that one was some strange thing about being able to see in the water when swimming, but as soon as i dipped my head total underwater suddenly it went ALL black til I surfaced again. (gfxcard : intel mobile express 965 = crapcard).

I´ve set the game exe to xp sp2 compability. game is patch to 1.3
