There are no descriptions of demonic armies in the bible that I am aware of. The closest you'll get has demonic beings ruling over human armies which obey them. Refuting Dante is like refuting Malory as having become the definitive interpretation of the King Arthur myth.
However, even parts of the Bible describes the armies and horrific beasts of Hell. They're not all suave salesmen.
Demons are always depicted as manipulators of human bodies, at the extreme possessing them and being exorcised.
