Please someone explain me stuff about non-recutable unit

Unread postby xupakabra » 13 Apr 2011, 11:15

Hey guys,
i am very looking forward to next heroes release but i am confused about info i have read...

I've read that there will be most-powerful unit for each castle which is not recruitable..

F.e. HAVEN..

Which unit it will be ?

There are 7:
Sentinel
Crossbowman
Griffin
Seraph
Sister
Radiant Glory
Sun Rider

Is the non-recruitable unit one of these ?

If yes, why the hell are these units' attributes divided into upgraded/nonupgraded ?

If no, does it mean there will be 8th unit ?

I am very confused please someone explain this to me :-)

Thankies !

All units are recruitable ;)
Unless you are refering to the Bosses, that are neutral creatures, not part of a town line-up.

There will be bosses, who are neutral. However, each of these will apparently have some storyline tie to the factions. For instance, one will be an archangel boss. It can't be recruited in the Haven town but it does have some connection to the faction... It will probably make more sense in the campaign.
You'd think Darkmoor was a ghost town, but instead there's plenty of life among the dead.

I think the confusion came from the fact that a good number of previously lvl 7 town units, like the dragons (and angel, even if that's just a technicality about the name of the unit) are no longer in town, and some are now boss units.

Or, perhaps, he read something about Disciples and misunderstood.

As far as i recall Disciples 3 pretty much had the same lineup of units, even if some had their gender reassigned or had slight name changes...
