Hello Hrus and welcome on the round table.
I find it hard to believe you accidentally stumbled on the wrong version of the game. Most of the time this is the result of people not paying attention to the torrent they are downloading. Which is quite silly in the first place I recently found h5 + 2 expansions for 5 euro's in a mediamarkt.
Anyways regarding your language problem, you might want to have a look here

I got an original boxed version from my friend, not from torrent.
Thing is, I don't know why, but almost all games in Czech republic get localized and original boxed version doesn't sell at all or is much more expensive. I don't understand that at all, because usually there are problems with patches and the translation is horrible. And RPGs are usually better in english, a lot of terms don't have meaningful approptiate translation in czech (Overseer, Lich, Griffin etc.)
This HOMAM V localization even has the voices redone, and they are really terrible in Czech.
I guess if I want the en version, I have to go to Amazon or something like that. If it is sold online somewhere, it would be the best option....
