Just bought Heroes V Epic Collection. First time I've played this series or this type of game play. I'm old Might and Magic 6 thru 9 player. This game came with Version 1.60 and loaded right out of the box on my Vista and seems to working fine. Following the walkthrough I've made it to the undergroung in The Ship via SE portal. Went north, then E at the fork as per the walkthru and found a garrison not Ur-Neb. Ur-Neb is west from the fork in my game.

Sorry for delayed response but I was too busy playing this addictive game. It's turned me into a vidiot. I'm using celestialheavens.com walkthrough as a guide and would be lost without it. Ive made it to the Lord of Heresh mission and just got my wings. Alot of reloads and learning as I go but hey, thats half the fun of it.

Well if you don't mind older, 2D graphics Heroes 3 is even better...

Indeed, once you're finished with the new games, you could move on to the old classics. :)
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.
