Hey folks, how is everybody?
Okay, so I disappeared for a long time, kind of without warning, and some of you may have wondered if I was still alive or whatnot. Well, technically I'm still alive, I just had a pretty rough time for a while there. I should have checked in at some point in the interim, but I wouldn't really have been able to spend time here and I was never sure if I'd be coming back, so I kind of let things slide. I'm still in that sort of situation, but I am curious what's been happening and decided to stop by and see how everyone was. To be honest, I don't even know how long it's been since I've made it here.
I'm happy to see many (surprisingly mostly) familiar names still active and the RT and CH seem like they're doing well. So how is everybody? Special "heys!" to Angelspit, Psychobabble, Robenhagen, wimfrits, Kalah, gosh, too many to list!
Pleased to be here,
GhostWriter

I get the weirdest feelings regarding that. It's hard to describe being happy to see someone and guilty and sorry for making anyone worry at exactly the same time, but that's just the way it's been unfortunately. I want to come by more and check out the happenings, maybe even play the new game, but I'll have to see how it goes.wimfrits wrote:You really had me worried there
Psychobabble asked me (how long ago?) if I'd let some mapmakers finish my never-ending map and I thought it was a good idea. I'm thinking I might be able to make that happen if someone wants to dive into it. Last I recall it was around version .97 anyway.
Well, I'll be back in a few days or so to sort that out, so see you again soon

Well said!!!Wildbear wrote:I was thinking one of us finally managed to get a life, but I was wrong
Greetings. Perhaps that was a little overfamiliar..
I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Then let's forget about the worried bit. I'm just glad to see you're okGhostWriter wrote:I get the weirdest feelings regarding that. Last thing I recall was that the map already was the best map on the planet but you still were not satisfiedPsychobabble asked me (how long ago?) if I'd let some mapmakers finish my never-ending map and I thought it was a good idea. Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

Cool, I come back and after only two posts I'm honored with a Round Table Knight title and my old avatar (thanks, TR)!
Well, thank you to everybody, old and new to me, with your greetings and nice messages, it really lifts my spirits I've been told it was about a year and a half since my last visit, but it seems like twice that for me. Time can really fly in this place. For those I didn't know before, I was a CH staff member and mod on the forum.
Looks like a perfect time to be here too, but frankly I thought Heroes 5 would have been out and everybody sitting around waiting for H6 However, just from the few screenshots I've seen here it looks like it's been worth the wait for H5. Amazing art, imo.
Anyhow, thanks again for all the great greets, and I return the same to all of you. I hope to be by more often and catch up to where I left off.
