In H-IV the arenas made sense, Hero vs Dragon for experience with the number of dragons faced based on the Hero's experience level. I like the griffin and cyclops, centaur looks awesome too.
Generally, I really prefer the H6 look to H5, and my only real gripe is that some of the creatures need more differentiation.
