i didn't think it was possible to screw up the succubi, but they did so without a doubt. they just don't differentiate melee, ranged and magical units, it seems.

I dont like the whole upgrade thing ,compared to HoMM3 its kinda into fantasy punk style or something ...I dont know how to describe it, But upgrades are more like Dragon Ball Z type then actualy army upgrades.

Surely the best looking creature by far. At last. The upgrade though is immoderately similar to the original; more than the other upgrades.

Hey look, the uppgraded one has bigger and more horns and spikes. Now why am I not suprised at all?

And if that's a succubus it's a fugly one at that. I wouldn't hump her with a piece of wood.

I think already the unuppgraded ones could qaulify for uppgraded types.
