All female faction? If they have a throwback to HoMM2 (sorceress town, anyone?), there are many other things I'd prefer they bring back.

Name for the second picture: Alight angel persuades a nearly-alight subject of unclear gender to move to a less fiery place before they both become part of the landscape

Nice ones though, particularly the first.
