HOMM 4 number of units

I have been searching all over the net for a list that tells how many company, pack etc is. 8|

Does anyone know how many units there is in for example several?
I'd be very thankful if anyone could give me the whole list, beginning with few and onwards to legion.

Few 1-4
Several 5-9
Band 10-19
Dozens 20-49
Scores 50-99
Company 100-249
Hundreds 250-500
Host 500-999
Legion 1000-2499
Thousands 2500+

I think those numbers should be in the manual as well.
...then again, these days people don't seem to RTFM :\

@Great Emerald. I'd be happy to look through the manual, the real one that came with the original release, but I have the complete edition from Ubi Soft, and it doesn't contain anything on the numbers...
I miss the old days when the manual was a printed and thick book, and not a pdf-file that is on the cd/dvd.

No, the numbers are not in the manual- at least not the 137 page PDF that came with my version of H4.

Hmm, what about the readme? I know that it was in the manual for HoMM3, so it should be in HoMM4 as well.

Actually, it did have that info. Normally there's nothing but version info and such things in there, that's why I didn't bother to look there.

Good though tht this forum was of help. Thanks to all that helped out! Great to get help when being a new comer like me (read noob...).

Yeap. "Zounds..." comes after "Swarm" and before "Legion".

I believe Hundreds is 250-499. Probably just a typo. Thank you for posting!
