A question about a map

It's about that custom scenario "The Veil Of History" from the Book 2 "The Sunken Kingdom" campaign. I stuck near the end of it with the stela "riddles". I can't figure out the one with the elements (have four elementals from a dwelling but no effect) and the one with the symbol of might. Any idea how to "solve" it?

I got a feeling could be Elementals, but 100!? That's too much.

Not elementals. Think of small, cheap nature spirits...

You are not hinting about the 100 Pixies, right?

"Bring here the four elements in a circle of gold to honor Cosmonium"

and

"Bring here a symbol of might to honor Bellum".

Those are the two left.

Bellum's symbol is the Sword of Might, which is on the overground, near the first subterranean gate between Devonshire and Ar'Rikdun.
Cosmonium's symbol is the Elemental Waistband. This is in the little tunnel just east and southeast of Menkar.
