[Heroes 5] Looking for advice for modding (just few tips)

A started make an heroes 5 mod.

Change some stuff in the game, and i tinkin on an idea:

Make the lvl 3 upgrades REAL lvl 3 upgrades, so they would be stronger then atm they are.
