A question about FIFA '10 Creation Manager

I don't want to register in 1244556 forums to ask this question, so if anybody knows how to help me I'll be very thankful. I downloaded the CM for the 2010 FIFA and want to import third kits to several teams, but they are not appearing in game. actually, they did appear at one point, but then I saw I need to fix few things there and when I entered the game again the third kits were not available again.

I am a total Indian with patches and stuff, only use the SAVE button (as it works with other changes) and this I write about above I didn't patched as well, it appeared after a "save" command.

Any ideas?
