Ubisoft only sold them the license for the chinese market. By opening their game to the rest of the world, they're potentially putting themselves in a lot of legal trouble with Ubi.

The only press release there is was done by TQ Digital, not Ubi... It seems many websites are just not even able to quote things properly.

Ubi is already working on Heroes Kingdoms, they really have no reason to shoot themselves in the foot...

They said that each game will have different public targets and that one game won´t prejudice the other...
