MMX will be as moddable as other Might and Magics, so one would still have to know what they are doing. It won't be moddalbe like a game such as Morrowind where you have a construction set.

I'm currently play The witcher and dragonage origins and i must say that i'm really looking forward for the release.
Previous mentioned games may have awesome graphics but spells and battles don't even come close to M&M.

No worries guys. We are far from dead. Just been working silently for a bit, with a little experimentation on some unchartered creation aspects. Updates are always in the works, but patience is a virtue ;)

I know how agonizing it can be to want to play a game so badly, but you just can't yet....

Its build as usual mod by replace quest/graphics to another or something brand new like for example MM Tribute and MM New Order

This is answered on the first page I think, but I can answer in short: something between the two, it's like a mod for MM7 since it uses its engine, but it's standalone - you don't need to install it over anything.

Are you sure its legal? Stand alone on engine and use this name mm10 I read about fan project mod which tryed to make never relased "duke nukem forever" and it was terminated

as long as you keep your mouth shut and surprise release it so enough people can get it (and share it between themselves) before the cease and desist letter arrives it will be fine. :D

We could do that... if they even bother with a cease and desist letter, ha ha.

Actually, we will make this as to where you can't play without one of the other M&M games, otherwise we would be going strictly against the rules. We have some ideas on how to do this, but nothing is for certain until we start compiling the work into and install.exe
