Paranormal Activity has caught my eye, as I'm a horror film fan. It's not in our theatres yet, though.

I saw a review on tv for Paranormal Activity and they say you should see it in theaters because it won't have the same effect on a smaller screen. I guess it is also like Blair Witch in the fact that it is a sort of pseudo-documentary. I plan to see it soon.

I saw X-men: Wolverine last night. Terrible movie. Only thing that was really cool, was seeing Ryan Reynolds as a mutant hybrid. He was down right scary, man! The rest of the movie is purebread crap for start to finish.

Mutilate the nice X-men brand....what's with this world?! :disagree:

It's been going downhill from the start... the first was great, the second was good, the third mediocre... do the maths and I just know what follows... ;)

That wasn't Ryan Reynolds during the Deadpool-rapeage scenes... i mean they could have at least have it go wrong and the powers fizzing out instead of Wolvie cutting his head off with a lucky shot...

Crocodile Dundee is on. Classic! :-D

I saw the Avatar (Belgium) premiere yesterday. Man, 2 hours of 3D movie can leave you with quite pain in the eyes. B-) [maybe because this was virgin territory for me :p]

The movie is quite good. I'd give it an 8/10. Though I'm not sure if I'm increasing the rating, just because of the 3D effects, or the contrary, decreasing because it was somewhat tiring for the eyes. I guess if you're used with 3D movies (or at least with a pair of glasses on your nose :p) it'll be less bothering. Otherwise you may as well try the 2D version.

I am going to see it tonight in 3D and I can't wait. I'm a 3D virgin too but I really hope I like it. Let's see :)

IMAX 3D or bust for me... CGI porn like Avatar needs to be seen in the best tyre of cinema.

Saw the Jim Carrey Christmas Carol in 3D last night... made me search youtube for the Scrooge McDuck version and the Daffy Duck one. Also found the Jetson's one... the Flintstones one was taken off, but i found it somewhere else.

After seeing how 3D looks at IMAX i found A Christmas Carol in normal 3D to be boring (3D wise, the film itself was fine).

Brokeback Mountain was just on telly, so I got to see the whole of it, and the only thing that surprises me more than the fact that it won 3 Oscars, was the fact that it didn't win 4. Ledger was superb... man, that guy could act...

Bah, Avatar wasn't on all the screen at the IMAX theatre... that was so disappointing.

One of my girlfriends wanted to tell me she'd seen it and wanted to ask me what I thought of it. Only thing was, she couldn't remember the name of the movie. So finally she said: "It's that 'Gay Mountain' or something"
