Trouble Selling Magic Items in MM7!

I have the Sun Cloak, Minotaur's Axe and Zorkar's Axe (all magical items) and can't find anyone willing to buy them... Anybody else besides the Armorer, Smithy, Magic Shop and Alchemist buy items?

These items are not magical. They are unique. So don't be confused with their price - nobody will buy them.
Also, there're much more such items.

Hmm... I figured they'd be "quest" items or some such, I think Zokar's Axe is... Oh well, next time I'll try a Ranger in my party to use those bad boys
