Maps?

Im 100% sure someone asked something like that already, weird that i cant find anything.

well, i download a map, it is neither a folder or program like, its just like a paper, and when i click on it, i must find a program to run it with

well, i think this isnt needed, i seek out a folder to set the map, there is not such a one. i buyed the Gold Edition, i am boored of the always same maps, but cant seem to play others, so id be happy that someone helps

It sounds like all you need to do is place the file/map into your Heroes V/maps directory.
Then you just go to the Custom Scenarios in the menu and select it.
