So you can play your favorite game for years!

I prefer something new once in a while thank you very much.

As time goes by there is going to be a wider and wider gap between the power of the elite membership players and the "free" membership players.

And that's the problem with what they want to offer. They really need to think of extra content that would make the game more enjoyable to elite players without making them better by default from the free players.
Maybe exclusive story/mini-games areas, exclusive events that give exclusive ranks etc., but no better equipment or other stuff that affects balance between players.

TT: But that's also what they're trying to do. Like that sword with green mosquitos that only elite players will get.

But some people wont care about pretty stuff, they want more powerful stuff. Afterall, they're paying every month so they should get benefits according to that moneys worth.

And Stardocks upcoming MMORTS Society would allow people to play for free but free players would have to wait in line whereas paying customers move to the front of the line. I think freeloaders would get booted out if a server is full too.

Well have better stores and drops in the exclusive areas, so they can get the more powerful stuff a little easier. Having 2 levels of power on a server would ruin the experience for everyone.

Anyone else here playing the full game? I bought it yesterday, I like it so far . Two of my brothers also bought a copy each so we are going to group up .

A bit of thread necromancy.

A fan patch that adds content for hellgate has been released that some might find interesting. I haven't played Hellgate in a while so I decided to give it a try.
