Nival Modding Tools

I read somewhere that Nival released some tools for modders. Altough I searched and asked the same question on HC, no one has answered. Can someone tell me where I could find these tools ?

I've seen your post at HC and you've been misled - Nival never released any programs of use to us apart from the game itself. However, I believe the poster meant that you can extract the game's models with WinRar and view them in Maya 6.0.

Are you sure ? Which files would I need to extract in order to view the files using Maya ?
