Crash on some maps (Heroes 4)

I'm encountering problems on some maps with my Heroes 4.
Once I explored some area's the screen goed black and the game crashes. I have installed the gathering storm, winds of war and equilibris with all the correct patches.

Does anybody knows what this could be because it seriously affecs my play and I can't some maps at all!

Which maps? Cause I for one have never encountered this. And do you have problems with other games?

First of all thanks for the quick reply.
I've encountered this problem on a variety of maps. There are probebly more but I haven't played them. These are a few.

- The first map of "A bards tale" when I discover the town in the lowerleft corner, but with the equilibris patch this was solved.
- The second map of the Dogwoggle campain. After I reach the green two-way-portal in the lowerright corner.
- The first map of Baron von Tarkin when I just go north of the starting town.

I have no idea how this comes and since there is no error message I haven't got a clue.

Maybe during installation you failed to install all contents? Or you've accidently deleted some contents in your Heroes-folder. Have you tried re-installing the game?

I actually have tried to reinstall the game several times. I installed it with only the original game, with WoW, without WoW, with TGS, without TGS, with game updates or without and so on.

I really don't know what is happening.

I've had very few crashes playing Equilibris. They are so seldom that I don't even consider them a flaw with the program, just something that happens now and again.

I now only have it a few times. After I started some maps / campains again I hadn't had the problem but on different maps I do. It's now just a minor inconvenient but if anybody knows this answer I would like to know it.
