Could be matured before bottling, perhaps?

Seeing the bottle with the picture of a kangaroo and a name like Yellow Tail immideately made me conclude that it was kangaroo piss

Tasted like it, too. I mean, Shiraz isn't usually my thing, but this is really the sort of juice women drink out on the balcony. I don't think maturing it would help either; Aussie wines are usually best drunk young.

I found a new scotch this week; a 15 year old Dalwhinnie. I've never heard of it before, but I'm looking forward to tasting it this weekend. :yummy:

The most expensive whisky I've bought so far (just came back from a week-long work trip):

Well I for one have been drinking for a week, more or less; that's what work-trips are for.

My dad's brought out the good stuff this Christmas. A 2004 Bordeaux for the dinner yesterday, and for dessert today we've got Madeira and Port. :) The Sherry is in the cupboard, ready for consumption if we need it. :)

Mmm. Have drunk one (big) bottle of (strong) Danish beer (which tasted really good). Am just perfectly drunk. Wonderful.
