Master of Monsters

Unread postby Kalah » 26 May 2009, 14:21

One of the few TBS games back then, "Master of Monsters" was released for Sega Genesis in 1988, long before Heroes of Might and Magic. The game was made for 4 players with 4 factions which had their own specific creatures. Simple yet complex at times, the game had its own arcane brilliance. Thanks Astral.

Interesting for sure, but has anyone on this site actually played it?
Back from the dead? Maybe.

Wasn't this one released in 1991? If so, King's Bounty (Heroes Zero) is still a year older.

Well, if you can play Heroes 2 after playing Heroes 5 for awhile, then you can play this game. Just try it. It is completely free domain now. RPG's were popular, but this is a multiplayer game which was rare back in those days. Hell, you can even play it over the internet with a friend or maybe 3.
