Heroes 4 storyline

Unread postby RommeL_666 » 15 May 2009, 10:19

Does anybody know how could I get myself story from Heroes 4. I mean can I download it full in microsoft word or something else so I can read it like a small novel. (I mean on story from campaigns orginal, first heroes 4 no expansions, but expansion could also be nice)
If somebody has answered before to this question I would appriciate to refer me where to find it.

Wow, thanks for reminding me. I owe that page (and indeed the entire site) some updates. Suppose I can have the other two campaigns up very soon.

I had a spare hour and uploaded the last two Heroes IV campaigns. Hope you enjoy reading them - the whole thing should have been a novel anyway :devious:

Yes, HoMM IV rocks, as everyone knows full well. :devious:

Thanks for the HOMM IV campaign texts. Man, I loved the storyline. It was captivating and probably the most 'complete' part of the game for me.

Too bad the expansions were lacking in this department. They went from paragraphs and paragraphs of prose to "rawr, go attack channon!" :)

No problem. I enjoyed reading your blog as well, it had some pretty good insights (and an accurate perception of Heroes V's campaigns too)...

Not 100% sure. But Arantir says it a lot in the actual campaign. I guess it's supposed to convey his belief that Asha uses all things, alive or dead, to accomplish her will. But Arantir really needs to shut up about that.
