@Milla: Meeting them is not the problem...
@PhoenixReborn: I'm feeling too lazy to figure it out.
In any case, does the answer obtained when figuring out what you asked people to think about even matter?
Also, I'm sad...no one (okay one person, but still) remembered what day is today...
(Well, yesterday, the 23rd, but that's also besides the point).
Anyways...*heads off to bed*

I hate those. Loads work over on the other group members. The only way to deal with them is to split the work into clearly defined bulks, and set up a work plan that's part of the project. I.e. when the project is finished, it is handed in with the names of the people attached to each part. So if there's a part that hasn't been finished, anyone who reads the project will see who's responsible.
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.
Yea, we do those stuff, but the downside everyone is responsible for the entire project, so I can't hand in a good project of 3 and 1 sh!t in it. I had to review his report and make 50% of the changes, as I can tell from the 1st paragraph in his report that he isn't serious about this assignment.

Tell him to shape up or you'll tell the teacher. If he does nothing, tell the teacher. If it still doesn't help, request him transferred off your group. If it still doesn't help, go above the teacher's head. All the way your argument is that your grades shouldn't suffer from the lack of effort from others.

Feel like I'm now playing FIFA Manager with my assignment. Just gave him a 'Player Talk' on his attitude, and he promise to do better. If he still doesn't prove himself worthy for the team, I'll be thinking of transferring a better player in my team. Problem is transfer week closed long time, and the season is about to end.
Anyhow, if he doesn't score, I'm getting better teammates for the next season, particularly looking for female, 21, a playmaker, with lots of creativity. Get my flow?
