They don't have it outside of Norway, I don't think. It's actually called "Gudbrands valley cheese", named after a valley, and the Germans call it "Karamellkäse" due to its strong flavour. It's strong, sweet and delicious.

Sheep, goat...tis the same thing really.
Anyway, I did try it when I was 10 or so. It tasted so horrible. It was nauseatingly sweet and it sorta semi-melted on the tongue and turned into a clay-like substance that couldn't be swallowed. It's pretty gross.
