I just heard there was an armed-police action in town... Bad thing is, the guy who shot at the police has barricaded himself in his flat, and then there was a big fire... The firemen couldn't go in and put the fire out or rescue people, because the shooter was in there.. Just now word came out that the fire is out and the man is dead. Very small town this, so I can't recall something like it ever happening here.

Listening to the evening news. With this Russians stopping of the gas trough Ukraine to Bulgaria, Greece and the whole Balkans, we are the most fucked up country (as usual). None of that, but also our industry doesn't have the resources in storag, to compensate, and on top of this, just last years new contract with the Russian gas giant "Gasprom" doesn't have a defensive clause in a situation like that!
So now a lot of schools and kinder gardens are closed, the parents can't go to work, a lot of factories, that depend on gas, are stopping production, a lot of bankruptcies are on the way... and this on the top of the world financial crisis!
