Whta exactly are the abilities of the eye of chaos? Please be more specific

The grail building(I'm pretty sure), increases your daily income by 5000 or 10000 or something like that, and it increases your daily creature growth by 50%. The improving specialties part probably means all heroes under your control get bonuses to their starting abilties. (i.e. Thief gets bonus to stealth) I'm not really sure, because I have never got this grail building.

Eye of Chaos increases the daily income by 3000 gold and increases the effect of chaos spells by 50%. It does not increase growth rate.

Oh, my bad. I must be thinking of the buildings from H3. I know them a little better. :)
