LOL. Yes, sometime strange fruits can happen.
In some way that was true for the one which name is no longer spoken, he was admin at his (almost own) site. Damn Light!
And TT isn't bad, angel or rightfulness or damnation. Booth looks like the same in his case.
On the other end I'm more inclined to the wind up my tile like exAngel. Sometimes see Balahura signature(BAD).. .. according this, here's supposed to be Junior Angel, Angel, ArchAngel and ExAngel. Strong, stronger, even stronger with ressurection and weaker with powerful magic like his shield and sword.

How nice Kalah! Well, here in Denmark we have this system where you have to pay three months in advance when you move in. Those three months are reserved for when you're gonna move out. The last three months you live in your appartment, you don't have to pay rent. It's so you can save up for deposits and such for a new place. You don't have that?
On another note, I have the next four days off but nothing to do

We don't have that system, no. We usually pay a deposit, which is returned when you move out if the place is is the same condition as it was when you moved in. I've had a good relationship with my landlords, though.

Holy cow Milla, three months' rent up front is a lot of money. I definitely didn't have $1800 in spendable cash when I graduated from college. Over here I don't think we have any state-mandated rules for renting. You sign a lengthy contract with the landlord, so I guess in theory you could have any terms you and the landlord agree to. A security deposit (like Kalah described) is typical.
Are there problems with lots of people walking away from their leases in Denmark? That's the only reason I can see for paying three months' rent in advance.

Well, believe me, I had to drop a lot of money when I moved in here, because we also pay a deposit which is the sum of three months rent as well. Now, my math skills are rusty but I believe i payed about 6000 dollars to the landlord when I moved in.Kristo wrote:Are there problems with lots of people walking away from their leases in Denmark? As far as I recall the law states that at least one month has to be payed up front but most landlords insist on three months. I guess it's their safety that the person who's renting the place doesn't suddenly move out, leaving the landlord with a non-profitable appartment. It works well for both sides though But whether it's an actual issue I'm not aware of...

Thanks but I got rid of it, since it was rather annoying. When I get the feeling, I'll do a proper not-so-fast-and-repetitive animaiton for Raijin Thundercreg as my avatar.Asheera wrote:Panda, nice new animated avatar
