Talk about the weather
I actually love biking around in winter. Specially when I got a mission as sweet as going for the bakery in the morning to buy a warm "ruuchbrot" bread roll for the family. There is nothing better then coming back inside the warmth of the heated living room with a fresh aromatic wholeflour bread in my hands.
But, here in Brazil we're having summer comming. And yesterday we had a lovely afternoon at the ambulatorial station, checking sweaty patients under 36 degrees celsius with NO cooler, Fan or wind blowing.
I TAKE WINTER ANYDAY OVER THAT.

Some morningfreak once came up to me and told me that waking up was a rebirth to them everyday.darknessfood wrote:
Meh, I think it's just the fact that you lie in your warm and cozy bed. Your body adjusted to that, but then you are getting out of there and you get in the cold harsh world, while your body is adjusted to warm and cozy !
I agreed. Getting out of the warmth of the womb to the cruel cold world translates quite literally what it is about. Its a birth alright!
Like I said, I'm too sleepy, I get hard out of my beddarknessfood wrote:Meh, I think it's ust the fact that you lie in your warm and cozy bed. Your body adjusted to that, but then you are getting out of there and you get in the cold harsh world, while your body is adjusted to warm and cozy !
All humans do is to go to a place, bountiful of nature, and live there. Then the human multiplies and sucks all the wonders there. They move to the next. There is one thing that works the same way as that: a virus.

You can either agree with me, or be wrong...
*waves hand vigorously in the air* I know a cure for that!Milla aka. the Slayer wrote:But it's not due to my love of biking across town with a butt that's frozen solid
Actually I know several, all effective and should be used in combination.
I've walked to work these last days, seems a bit icy to bike. Needs more snow and colder weather before it's safe again. Or hotter, some said the forecast was +8 C for monday.
Who the hell locks these things?

Well, here in Floripa it's raining for so long that it's likely summer will never reach the ground again. 11 weekends raining is a lot, you see.Wolfsburg wrote:I actually love biking around in winter. But now, they say it'll stop, and sun will come upon us once again. GOOD! I need to get a tan soon.

It's still raining here, but today it started with a very heavy sun on our faces, when we attempted to look up to check how's the weather condition. The flare is still etched in my retina.
