The presence of a safe letter can not be assumed. They exist after hangings, and hangings happen when they are posted. For the hangman, it makes things easier to keep track of.

Rule 6.2- A player must wait for an answer about the letter he asked for before asking for a new letter.

And why do you let us wait for an answer (to B, G and K)? That would make it "quicker" to guess your word.
