Hmm, now that I think of it, I could go for a Chicago-style Hot Dog right about now...

Chicago like some other places, is for me cute, easy-on-the-thread (dont know how to spell it), sexy girls, icecream and wonderful summerdays with colorful sunsets!
Sometimes I just hate living in the high, mostly cold north infested country known as Norway, though the summertimes can be hot and nice this far north too

OK, exam tomorrow. I am going to transcribe Gothic text into modern latin. Wish me luck!
I will conduct opening prayer in the new latin.
Ordley,iveusgey ouryey essingsbley!Ameney!
Good luck with that!
Im away for the weekend. So you have about an hour to guess hangman,or youll wait until monday for the answer.
Actually, that was easier than I thought. Turns out the most difficult thing was finding the place... We had three hours to translate one and a half page (only three sentences, but hey, that's how they wrote in the old days), and I spent half that.
Now I'm going to walk the dog.

I'm back. Tired, grouchy and broke... but we had a LOT of fun. It WAS a business trip, but we took a total of NINE of my haunt crew up to see the big Halloween Trade show. While there, we went to a big Haunted House and did a lot of 'networking' with other haunters. Bought some stuff for the Haunt as well as picked up TONS of catalogs for the Costume Shop. Fun Fun FUN!
We did try to get some Hot Dogs from this really great place, but they said there was a TWO HOUR wait to get in. We drove on down the street and got some killer Chinese food. 1/2 our crew went to a VIP party and the other half went sight seeing on the Navy Pier. They DID get the famouse Chicago hot dogs and they seem to have had a better time than those of us who went to the fancy party. At least we all had a great time!

Now tired and broke I understand, but why grouchy? Me, when I have fun, is to not be grouchy...

Forgot to mention it earlier, but today I was at the county phase of the English contest. The results are still not in.
We had to write a literary essay (with certain requirements) on a three page story that included a fly that sat on a copy of "The Great Gatsby", in a second-hand bookstore, in a nearly deserted village, whereupon a young man enters the bookstore and buys all the copies of the aforementioned novel in order for his sister to build a boat from them.
After emptying the store of all the copies of "The Great Gatsby", the nice shopkeeper, who had been all apathetic lately, finds a new purpose and motivation in dusting all the books from the store. The end.
The second subject was an abstract-reflective essay on mirrors, in which we had to treat at least three aspects from a given list; I chose psychological, scientific and artistic.
This was the last county phase in my life. That's it. No more 'school olympics' for me.
P.S. Finally! A rank worthy of me!

Hello, people. Just appearing out of the blue to say: I'm away. That's because I've moved away to the north of this island and have no internect connections. So, I'll appear once in a long while.
See you all later. Cheers.
