This looks very cool. I think this has potential for future HOMM games. I like the creativity, especially that the Hydras and dragons aren't really on their side for teamwork purposes, but for themselves. About the gun, i don't care really, looks good without it. I like the raptor the raider rides...awesome. I knew they couldn't leave b. dragons out.

The general idea of adding dark elves to the Dungeon faction is a good one — I don't even mind their "overpresence" or their sparse clothing. What I mind though is their strong Warcraft looks (those ears — omg) — the fact that Ubisoft/Nival have to copy another series' distinctive style is pathetic.

It is not a disctintive style of a series.... Warcraft, Disciples, and many others have it. Extra-sized long ears come from manganime, and i suppose many games have adopted them, not because of a manga trend, but because they give an easy reference to differentiate elves from humans, even in small pics.
Don't be fooled by the title -- Dragons can disguise as peasants, too
