Last update was in February 2008. We'll see if they ever get it done.
EDIT: The Wiki was last updated on 12. of July, so the project is apparently still going strong.

2. Dunno, but it's going to be a M&M game, so if you are into that, the answer is yes

I dunno if it will ever be done, cause I still don't see how you can have a Might and Magic game in 2D...

The tech demos are outdated, they ditched that engine after thier project lead stopped posting. Now they adopted some other engine that is from what the current demo shows is only 2D.
