For those that don't know what a conch is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conch

It's basically a big snail that lives in the ocean. They taste good, especially deep fried. You see them a lot in southern cooking, or washed up on the beaches (with their big, beautiful shells, of course) after a big storm.
