Look in the Barrow Downs, in the barrows themselves. Number 4, I think, but don't hold me to that...

Be ready when you enter them, if you haven't already. They're... *different*... than you may remember... :D

Right, Wonka is in 4. But it will be no big sense to get it before Emerald key. Just will be in inventory, no chance to use.

Nothing special( :) ... however Mod Barrows are bit different...I mean not only location, dungeons also.
