I think they're tough mostly because they will cast Fortune on themselves - take it out (Cancellation, Dispel) and they're easy prey.

I prefer to fight Leprechauns than Sprites myself (assuming equal numbers of course), but maybe it's because of me not using Equilibris.

They're good enough to be turned into skeletons. :o[

I rather fight Leps than Sprites, sprites are quicker and have no retaliation ability which makes them deadlier. The leps are slow so its easy to take them out in great numbers before they reach my side, their luck dosent help them much. :devious:

Not for me. Leprechauns can cast fortune, and that makes them a whole lot tougher. Unless I got a nice army of range, sprites definitely...

Err....since when do leprechauns do good damage? Their damage doesn't look to impressive...very low...

@Banedon

I'm not sure what impact Equilibris has on sprites or leprechauns, but how come you don't use Equilibris?

to tell the truth, Equilibris has no improvements when it comes to leprechauns or sprites. The last have only lowered week growth. That's all.

Still I'm convinced that leprechauns are typical average unit, worse than sprites and wolves.

Good question. I don't know. Maybe because we (me, SmokingBarrel and Vulcanic) find it too troublesome; maybe because we don't want to spend the extra time learning the nuances of Equilibris. Or maybe it's because we're currently playing other games. I don't know.

If you've busied yourself with other endeavours, that's just fine, but I assure you that with Equilibris there is very little to get used to. It is simple, practical and fun! :)

I LOVE leprechauns, because
a) they look cool
b) fortune is USEFUL
c) it's the only creature able to beat a megadragon in one-on-one combat
I'm back!!!

But it would highly embarassing to lose a battle against Ogre Magi just because I'm used to fighting the non-Equilibris version :D

I think he is trying to be sarcastic.
Anyways: how powerful can you make a leprechaun by blesses? (hp, damage, etc)?

I will try and make the leprechaun beat a lvl 2 creature. The lvl 2 creature will have no buffs at all, wether positive or negative.

If I were a flower, I'd be a really big flame-throwing flower with five heads.

Someday, I'll make another eperiment... Megadragon Weakness! I'll nerf a megadragon as much as possible and see how weak it gets.
I'm back!!!
