Help - 1Campaign- 3rd Mission

I am currently at the beginning of the mission.
I have freed all three heroes by sacrificing a lot experiance.
Now they are teleported to small room with 8monks. When I enter the room I get a massage that there is a spell there that i cannot get elsewhere. Does anybody know what spell this is about and how to get it?

when u enter jast chouse some magics then go to the sircle wich is glowing and u teleport to other place...
i chused to teleport the Giant hero first then the Bone Dragon and the last is phoenix because there is no problem with him get to his town.
when u come to the 4 holls tell me if the monsters near the walls tell u somthing...
