My definition of boredom:
A combination of apathy and complete loss of interest in life whatsoever with a sheer pessimism that prevents me from taking the initiative to do anything and the sudden urge to ram my head against the walls, or at least put a cap through my brains...

Pity that your thread got locked... I liked it... I intended to write in it every day... not much, just a sentence: "I'm bored too..."

P.S.: with the question I was referring to your type of boredom... something fix, not the definition itself. Something like " the sudden urge to ram my head against the walls".
