Knight hero Evolution (New Hero Class Evolution polls!)

Hi,

So yeah, inspired by creature evolution I had this idea boiling in my head for a while, and now I assembled all the necessary screenshots.

Some hero classes that were renamed but stayed similar and remained in the same town alignment might share a poll. (Such as the H4 Sorcerer inside the Warlock poll, and H3 Alchemist & H4 Lord).

Pick your choice depending on his/her appearance, stats, abilities, whatever as long as it's related to the actual HERO CLASS. Don't pick one because you like its associated creatures best, we had the Town and Creature evolutions for that!

So without further ado, Let's begin with the most generic and recognized hero archetype!

H1 Knight. +1 Morale to all units.


H2 Knight. Starts with Basic Leadership and Basic Ballistics.


H3 Knight


H4 Knight (male)


H4 Knight (female)


H5 Knight

I voted H2 Knight. I've probably logged hundreds of games with a Knight hero at the helm. I've even had them leading Knight castle armies. *gasp*

Anyway, H2 for me also without any real reason.

H1 Knight looks dull.
H2 Knight... no t bad, but not good either
H3 Knight is the worst knight ever, IMO.
H4 Knight (Male) - my vote has gone to him. He looks as a true medieval knight: chivalrious and without over sized components.
H4 Knight (Female) - my second choice. She neithe rhas huge armour and neither the battle bikini. Just the armour that women of medieval era would wear.
H5 Knight - Hate his collors. He would look better with white and silver then with red and blue.

I went with the classic HoMM II knight.

HoMM I looks like a puppet on a string that's been placed onto the horse, rather than climbed up.

HoMM III looks pretty bad.

The others are all quite good. The pink mini skirt on the HoMM IV knight is especially noteworthy. Very butch.

Could it slightly be because of his weak chance to learn Earth magic?

I don't think this should be based on anything but looks. At least that's what I base my votes on in these polls.

My favored look is the H4 ones. The male does look better than the female, though.

Heroes 4, i like the fact that they come in action. And i likes the ladies!

Well, depents on what type of topic it is. This time i went with both looks and usability in combat.

Voted H4 Female Knight. She looks the best IMO. Most like a knight. H4 male knight came second for the same reason. And I really enjoyed being able to use them i combat. It was nice to be able to win a battle even when all your creatures are gone, just with a powerful hero
I miss that. H4 male knight makes a nice sound when he gets hit by ranged attacks as well. But female I went with. Gotta love the lady heroes. They're scarce in H5

I agree; I like the H1 Knight too … just liked the H2 Knight a little better.

I like the H1 Knight too, it's just too bad he always stays hidden safely in his big tent while in battle (as the other H1 heroes).
