Because as far as I remember I was level 10, but how come I cannot cast Power Word Stun? It's prerequisite is caster level 9. Or probably... I missed something?

you'd be about level 13 or 15 I think, which would give you access to either 1 level 7 or 1 level 8 spell - Power Word Stun is a level 8 spell

I think I get it. So Isaac Greater Missile Storm is a sixth level spell and can be casted by caster level 12. Glad I am 15!
