Cold as the norm.

I think it's fair to say that it's f'ing hot today, the temp tends to peak around 1430 - 1500 or there abouts, it's 1300 now and we just passed 43C (109.5F) in Perth, it's generally a couple of degrees higher where we are!

we were driving home from another party at about midday and it was 44C outside according to the car themometer - that's 111F!

that's what a lot of people say, then they hit a long hot summer and wish for the cold .... of course a lot of people do like it .... you'd have to give it a shot

as a matter of interest, yesterday officially hit 44.3C, the hottest day on record for december, and also the 7th hottest day in Perth on record for any month; and combined with the 36C on Christmas Eve, the 40.5C on Christmas day made for the hottest 3 day average in December as well

yes, but that is really hot, normally Jan and Feb are hotter than december

depends on what you call cold, if you mean cold like under 15C as a daily max then never, if you mean under 20C then some parts of winter June July August (more likely the latter two) can be cold

It's not that bad here. In the high 30s. Unfortunately, most of the snow was washed away by the rain on Chirstmas Eve.
