I don't think I'll have one of them babies either. Too chewy. Since this is the food thread, feast yer eyes on this...

Home baked bread, horns and lefse, eggs, smoked salmon, 5 different cold cuts, paté, lettuce, tomatoes, paprika, red and white wine (I had a red Saint Emillion), 2 kinds of cider, bisquits and 7 types of cheese. Boo-yah! :proudirule:

Squid and prawns? Squid and prawns? I toss up a flippin' buffet table with cold cuts enough to give Elizabeth Windsor the shivers, cheese from all corners of the Earth and vintage Bordeaux wines... and all you've got to flaunt is squid and prawns? Surely you can do better.

Yesterday, as a Christmas celebration me and my family along with my relatives, had a grand feast. Most food was native so I don't know how they are called in Engilsh. Actually, me and my cousins while preparing the feast branded that most of the foods where exotic! But I think grilled pork bellies can be counted as not, and I grilled those myself. :D

Overall, we enjoyed it. And it's really happy to celebrate Christmas with them.

I just received a box of cookies from Lety. Didn't know she moved? Thought she lived in Chattanooga. Anyway, I opened the box to see a mass of homemade cookies. Munched 'em. When they were all gone, there was another layer of choc chip cookies underneath. Munched 'em. And then there was another layer underneath. And another under that, just cookies galore! :-D *munch munch* raaaaarrrghh....

not sure how it would look and taste when it arrived :D

just get a decent bread roll, add a beef patty, egg, fried onion, bacon, egg, cheese, hash brown and a little tomato sauce and voila!
