I mean that, if you sum up all the joy and all the misery, and divide it by the amount of people, you get an average which per definition is balanced. Of course, this was a joke seeing as it's a pointless thing to say :)

I just find it hard to see how people can say there is balance when some people live fat and rich for a long life whilst others barely have time to starve to death before they die. Seems like a denial of reality... of course, one can always aim for "having had a short and crappy life on earth through no fault of my own"-cred in the afterlife, but that isn't a sure thing, depending on who you ask.
I hear ya, it's my philosophy as well, individually there is no guarantee of balance, if you live a miserable life with shitty luck, then you're balancing out some happy-go-lucky :)

Hehehe :)

Btw had a weird dream today. I had a test that I needed to get 30 to pass and my professor gave me 28, something pretty devastating considering that it's hard to pass 16 subjects by September.. No idea where the number comes from, we are graded up to 10 :) Anyway she then proposed err something intimate so she could fix the grade where I just stared at her and walked away.

What the heck was that about?

@Elvin
That's obvious - it was about something intimate & your professor. :tongue:

Oh I should mention that I had never seen that woman before, the ones we have in the university are not that good lookers nor young ;) if it was one of them the dream would have been freaky :D

Well watch your brain ways. Fears of test, markings and some limitation which you tightly did not pass, >> you aren't satisfied with the development and intervene into your dream >> woala pretty girl, in the role of teacher and embarassing way how to save it all. :D

Dreamy face(s) are usually creative composition from more faces, seen in shops or anywhere else in RL. Even small glimpse counts for an inspiration.

As long as a beautiful girl is there to help :) Though it did not feel like that exactly, it was more like 'you ***** you could have passed me the first time!' :D

OK, I have a question - for the mods I guess: yesterday morning, before I started my posting spree with tMD, I had 14161 posts and when I finished I was at 14218 .... then I logged back in last night and maybe made 10 - 15 more posts or so, and ended up on 14218 posts 8| anyone know anything about that?

Haha! I get to be a Titan over the break. Unless I post enough to change my title, tomorrow. I doubt that, though.
