I think the Hellsteeds uniq ability(possible firewall attack) it does deserves to be posted.
Evolution polls are mostly about the looks.

Besides, I didn't want to include the WoG Nightmare in the first place, either. :devious:

But you included. And if on other polls it's included both the unupg. and upg. version, than I see no reason of leaving out the Hell Steed.

Well, I forget it when I added WoG Nightmare and now is too late, it could garble voting results.

It's no big deal guys, really. Our polls are fine as they are now. We'll make the perfect polls when H6 comes out (hopefully). ;)

Voted H4 Nightmare.

I've loved this creature since the beginning of H4.

Except that that is wrong. Mare in "nightmare" is a kind of demon. It still has that meaning in f.ex. Swedish.

night·mare (ntmâr)
n.
1. A dream arousing feelings of intense fear, horror, and distress.
2. An event or experience that is intensely distressing.
3. A demon or spirit once thought to plague sleeping people.
[Middle English, a female demon that afflicts sleeping people : night, night; see night + mare, goblin (from Old English; see mer- in Indo-European roots).]

So the er....horse from HoMM IV and V is actually not a horse but "A demon or spirit once thought to plague sleeping people."? Sounds fishy to me, and that's putting it mildly. :|

It's part of the faction that comes from HELL... and you're suprised it's a demon?!

And why would anyone vote for the bottle-opener heads?! SEriously, it's my belief that Urgash only allows the manufacture of giant bottles so every demon ever owns a hell horsey.

Aren't nightmares very bored demons which radiated theirs frustrations?
And they may appear like anything, yet traditionally they are coming like a horses, probably from the lack of human imagination...

Does anyone remember the Nightmare in King's Quest VI? Where you had to summon the Nightmare (a black horse) to take Alexander to the Land of the Dead to find his parents? That was my first gaming experience with nightmares; it was a horse then … and in my mind a nightmare is still a horse type creature!

Demon or not, it's still (in the shape of) a horse.

I like my horse well-done. It cuts down on the gluey texture.
And the chickens. Those damn chickens.

That's go pretty well for me. So next time when Ubival will be talking about witches and succubuses we will know what they mean by them.
